Vinyasa Yoga with Austin Bouldering Project

Austin Bouldering Project is hosting a community Vinyasa Yoga class on our soccer field this spring! Join us for a 60 minute flow on second Sundays.

From Austin Bouldering Project, “Vinyasa is a dynamic form of yoga that cultivates strength, mobility, and mindfulness through a linking of breath to movement. This style of yoga provides accessible energizing flows from one posture to the next, along with opportunities to slow down, refine, and deepen your practice. It is suitable for all levels and is great for beginners, climbers, and seasoned practitioners alike.”

An RSVP is not required to participate and we will not be checking RSVPs upon your arrival! Similarly, an RSVP does not guarantee you a spot on the field. We recommend arriving early to grab a space.
