The Facilities & Maintenance Coordinator will oversee the day-to-day maintenance operations of all things that bring the taproom to life and ensure the smooth functioning of foundational Meanwhile systems, equipment, and grounds. This role includes managing routine and preventative maintenance, landscaping, water systems, HVAC, plumbing issues, and supporting ongoing construction or improvement projects. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and committed to maintaining a high standard of safety and operational excellence.

OUR Facilities & Maintenance Coordinator (Part Time/Full Time)...
  • Oversees routine and preventative maintenance for all systems that support the taproom, food trucks, and production facility, including AC/heating systems, water filters, refrigeration, and more.
  • Manages landscaping operations, ensuring the grounds are well-maintained and aesthetically pleasing. For larger installations, oversees projects from start to finish.
  • Oversees the fields and courts on-site and coordinates with contractors to ensure preventative maintenance (PM) schedules are adhered to and optimized.
  • Ensures proper maintenance and replacement of water filters and manages water quality systems.
  • Monitors and coordinates ongoing improvement projects with external contractors and internal management.
  • Manages and executes new installations designed to improve taproom operations.
  • Oversees greywater disposal for both internally and externally operated food trucks on-site.
  • Maintains a detailed log of maintenance schedules, repairs, and inspections.
  • Supports operations by troubleshooting equipment issues, minimizing downtime, and overseeing yearly contracted maintenance.
  • Collaborates with the production, taproom, and distribution teams to ensure equipment needs are met.
  • Works closely with the General Manager to set maintenance goals and report on completed tasks.
  • Ensures compliance with safety regulations and company protocols.
  • Assists with special events, ensuring facilities are in optimal condition and properly arranged.
  • Handles emergency repairs with poise, responding promptly to urgent maintenance requests.
  • Manages inventory of maintenance supplies and orders replacements as needed.
  • Communicates effectively with external vendors and service providers to ensure high-quality service.
  • REQUIREMENTS TO APPLY
  • 3+ years of experience in facilities management, maintenance, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with water systems, filtration, HVAC, landscaping, and general building maintenance.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Basic computer proficiency, including familiarity with Google Drive, Sheets, Docs, and MS Office Suite.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with various departments and external partners.
  • Physical ability to lift/move up to 75 pounds and work in physically demanding environments.
  • Valid TX Driver’s License required.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including occasional weekends or evenings.
