Augustiner + Brettanomyces Bruxellensis/Saccharomycs Trois
This beer was one of the first beers we brewed and has been a project since then. When it was first released, it was a relatively clean lager. Now, it is living up to it's name of a Funky Lager. The Brettanomyces Bruxellensis and Saccharomyces Trois have been slowly giving complex characters to this beer. This is a great example how Brett can change a beer over time, so enjoy!
