LONG STORY SHORT
This small batch project is the result of co-fermenting our Pilsner with Lenoir grapes sourced from Austin Winery. The rich dark red grapes provide both striking color and tannins reminiscent of a robust red wine. A light tartness provides further complexity to this refreshing hybrid beer. Hard to describe, but delicious to drink.
