The new Galactic Disruption features the Riwaka hop. Galactic Disruption is Meanwhile Pilsner that we transfer off into one of our smaller fermenters and dry hop with a different hop varietal each time. This is a fun way for us to learn about new hop varietals and the flavors they bring to the table. They showcase very well on our clean Pilsner. Riwaka hops are one of the most prized varieties to come out of New Zealand and provide powerful citrus aromas of pink grapefruit.
