We love an opportunity to brew with our friends, so when we had the chance to work with Virgil Gomache Farms on a beer we jumped at the opportunity. This isn't your typical hop grower's collab though! Instead of loading up a giant IPA with hops we decided to brew something elegant in its simplicity. We used a blend of Amarillo and Sorachi Ace hops coupled with a balanced Belgian fermentation character to deliver a easy-drinking balanced beer with just enough fruit and spice to keep things interesting.
