For our final installment in the Backyard Beer series we conditioned our Amber Mexican Lager on Lapsang Souchong tea to add light smoke and a delicious tannic twang. While it was designed to be paired with classic Texas barbecue, this beer will keep you coming back long after the brisket is gone.
